14:28 ET FOMC Minutes : Hearing talk that the FOMC minutes are hitting the market, likely due to mention in the minutes that the Fed saw the easing cycle nearing its end. This is another case of all news being bad news, or perhaps even no news being bad news. There is nothing of note in these minutes: first, the Fed doesn't know when it will be done easing. Like everyone else, they don't know what the economy holds in store. Second, if they are right, and the economy is about to improve, that would be good news for equities. Their easing on Tuesday, however, makes the most important point: their forecasts can be wrong, and if the economy keeps deteriorating, they'll keep easing.

A direct quote from Briefing. ;-) Is there anyone who doesn't know the Briefing format?
