I would stand on Greenlaw's side and say that this news does not equate to a jump in the company's "value" by 40%. Look at BCHE (while it existed- now merged). It had THE most important anti-HIV drug and sales continued to increase yet the stock floundered. This is all hype since the approvals and profits are not even in yet. But it doesn't mean you can't play the volatility.

I, by the tone of this, am short.
