JP, Give George Russo a call at 800-888-7166 (RTQuotes rep) and tell him I sent you. George will be happy to answer all your questions and set you up for a "real-time" demo (about an hour or so). Quotes are continuous. Think software is there own (coming online with new 32-bit version in near future). Must be online to use their program. I stay connected all day to my ISP and multi-task throughout the day with other programs including LiveWire running real-time on BMI. Have looked at and used several other similar programs including Track OnLine's new 32-bit beta version and PC Quotes. RTQuotes is the hands down winner in my view. BTW, haven't tried to connect to their web site but have seen similar messages with numerous other sites. Hope this helps. Say hello to George, Bill
