After the close, CSCO came out with a restructuring plan to write off old inventory etc. During his remarks, CEO Chambers said CSCO is on track to make its quarter and is feeling more confident that its business is stabilizing. That's an improvement from his comments in CSCO's CC two weeks ago. As a consequence, CSCO and JNPR along with the related chip companies [VTSS, AMCC, PMCS, TQNT, CNXT] are rallying in AH. Hopefully, we might rally tomorrow.
