Insider activity is always disclosed after it occurs. I didn't know insiders would be selling CATS. I threw out CATS at 6 3/4 and 7 1/4 because I felt that CATS would have a hard time making .13-.16/share and also I read over the discussion that you had earlier in October with that other person (can't remember his name now). But anyways, it seemed very speculative...there was never any solid proof of good sales and a healthy balance sheet for CATS. Also, I suspected that flash memory will be downgraded at some point (next 3 months?). I am planning to sell XICO on or before the earnings date. I don't think it will make .24/share because of price competition and the apparent slowdown in the industry. -JW
