So much for Bambs' prediction of $2 per share.

I don't think Bamb's prediction of $ 2 will ever turn out to be right.
With $ 17 Billion in cash, this is just not possible, unless we have 1929 scenario.

Did you check out MSDW view on Layer 3 market.
One reason MSDW downgraded EXTR was that the analyst thinks Cisco is just about to hit the price war button.
That means Cisco too may initially take some hit on this one but in the process may drive some competition into black hole.

Of course, this is just my 2 cents.
