Yes, I imagine it's going out to everyone who posted on this board recently. The notice indicated that a copy of the subpoena was available on request so I asked for a copy. Will be interesting to see what it's looking for. Frankly I'm surprised the SEC would be looking on SI since this group is a model of propriety compared to the Yahoo board. Then again, perhaps Yahoo is being served with the same subpoena?
