This one's up as a pure 12 and discusses fab6 which is mixed. Samsung is also ramping at least one 12 making memory in Korea. As for the rest, you'll have to do the homework same as me to find them. The chip makers don't tend to advertise what they are doing, but willing to bet (at least) Intel, Fujitsu, UMC and probably Winbond are building 12 inch fabs.

Incidentally, Samsung has already said they are going to flood the memory market to gain market share as their fab ramps up. Holding memory makers like MU at this time is foolish (IMHO)
