... talked to Russel myself because I was skeptical of what I read on this board and the news releases. He told me the process now does exist and it has been demoed. In fact it had to be demoed in order to get $$$ to get it to a higher production level. Those people with the $$$ would not finance a con, they are not stupid.

tedly Sounds like your getting desperate. Ad hominim attacks are always the last resort of a failing position and yours are getting a bit strident old man. Its a shame, because you do have a respectable position in your doubts about the desert sands. Actually I'm secretly pleased by your attacks because it dampens any residual doubts that I have had. Tell me old boy, what are you going to do should GPGI prove successful along with other companies extracting and selling pt? Perhaps you will admit your error, or will you quietly disappear? It is apparent that you have such an intense vested interest in the failure of this great adventure that.....

ted, on the one hand you worry about permits, on the other, you say that the process will be spread all over the west. The permits will not be a problem. The issue is only how soon or late will it be till they are in. With all the recent stock action it looks like there is financing afoot. Do you think money would come in if there is a permit problem? Permits ae the small potatoes of this deal. Regarding the spread of production in desert sands, not only in the west, but throughout the world, I have always, and repeatedly stated, that this will happen. Check my past posts. I am a bit ahead of you. You worry about ability to extract the metals. I worry about the effect that proliferation will have on GPGI and USPS. It will take smart management to avoid being wiped out down the line. At the least, there is 12 -18 months before an effect would be felt, at best smart management will position itself to avoid problems. From the viewpoint of the industrial world ( and especially the underdeveloped world) a reduction in the price of pgms will produce enormous benefits. It is profoundly to be wished that this new method of metal extraction works.

OT: Blut Wow!! GPGI that powerful? I know its powerful and will shake up the pgm industry to its roots. But a world economic crisis caused by GPGI!! Please explain. By the way, in case you are not aware, we are already on the verge of a world economic crisis but companies like GPGI, USPS and OTMN will do very well because.....

Circular No. 3, August, 1980 by Ken A. Phillips, Chief Engineer
Platinum (in reality the entire platinum group of elements) has been and continues to be the subject.....
The platinum group of metals comprises platinum, palladium, rhodium, iridium, osmium, and ruthenium, of which platinum is the most important. Of these metals, osmium is generally alloyed with iridium. The platinum group metals occur chiefly as natural alloys of various proportions and to a much lesser extent as sulfides and arsenides. All of these metals are rare and expensive. They possess individual properties that make them uniquely attractive for certain uses in highly developed technology and.....
Platinum and palladium are the most abundant and most widely used of the group; the other.....
