Hypothetical -
If Stephan had remained at Dell and wanted to use VLNC's phosphate battery for his notebook PC, would he not have wished the NI plant to produce commercial quantities and be a viable source for supply?

He is not in Dell. He is in VLNC and knows what it will take to accomplish. He has the funds, technology, patent position, and his trusted team to accomplish 6-9 months. Sounds good so far. Later Samsung may play a role, I suspect. Ram
