Intraday Investments Trading Summary for Friday, August 24, 2001 The momentum we saw yesterday afternoon followed through today, but only for the first ninety minutes of trading. After that, it was much of what we have been seeing for the past few weeks – trendless, choppy trading. As such, we did not feel confident initiating many trades today and had a slight loss of less than a point. Here is a summary of our round-trip, intraday trades: JNPR short + 0.32, EMLX short + 0.12, HCA short (0.42), and GILD short (1.05). We closed the following overnight/swing trades today: QQQ long + 0.63, SMH long + 0.30, and INTU short (0.80). The only new trade we initiated for overnight is short QQQ. Trade Well!
