Louis: I agree wholeheartedly with you that one should be careful with Cisco, as the restructuring announcement today after the close may sucker in buyers. While we all know that technical bounces have to occur from time to time in downtrending markets, they are only resets as a prelude to lower prices.

It looks to me like more distribution on rallies will occur for CSCO, which is once again in a downtrend, and may yet retest the 13 area in the weeks to come.

Third quarter will be horrible for most tech companies. So much for the recovery starting in the 3rd qtr.

If Japan implodes, not only is 1619 retest virtually a lock, but round trip to 1379 could occur before end of year...
