RE: EDVC/INCE ownership, what was the resolution? And can someone define the term "beneficial owners" for me? On July 5th, a Friday, I telephoned Terry Nield's office, and was told that if I bought the stock on that day, I would be in time to recieve the distribution. If this is not the case, then (1) I was defrauded, and (2), does this mean that if someone sold their shares of EDVC on 7/5/96, that they would still be entitled to the share distribution? Sounds like having it both ways to me. In any case, I would recommend that everyone facing this dilema contact Metzinger's office, as I have.
