Europe is rocking Fred, and the ECB may cut next week. I'm going to keep on buying the dips, it's been working lately, not shorting down here, and CSCO is a good example of why. Short hedge funds look for signs, like in CSCO, for a signal to cover, IMO. Everyone waiting for a re-test of the lows may have to hold their breath. The herd is almost always wrong, IMO.
