What is the specific date of the offering and when will the shares be issued? Do you think the additional shares are reflected in the current price????..........do you think that the issue will bring the price back to the $4.00 range??

I live in Los Angeles CA and although there are no Jrecks we do have Manhattan Bagel....i'll go check them out this week
