Unfortunately, I have been busy. I was in NY for the weekend
so I was unable to watch the market very carefully.

For XICO, I suspect that they will not make .24/share or if they
do make .24/share....there are 2 possibilities:

1) issuing of stock for expansion...which I alluded to about
3 or 4 months ago...but some people assured me that wouldn't
happen...I think it will if the company is doing well.

2) price competition and the slowdown in the industry will prevent
them from posting good earnings this quarter and this year.

This quarter's result and analysis are very important indications
of XICO's future performance. What I can gather from the earnings
reports of other flash memory makers is this:

I think XICO will probably make .24/share, but will announce
a stock issuance...which will drive the price down.

Also, insider selling may have occured because many investors
picked up XICO between $2 - $5/share (see 1994-1995 chart).

I can't say for sure. All I know is that I will be out of XICO
on or before the earnings date. I am not taking any chances.

It is clear now that it is highly unlikely that XICO will break
the resistance levels between 8 1/4 and 9. Even if it goes
as high as $9...I would make 30% on the stock...but the downside
potential is much greater. If it takes a hit like CATS...it may
see levels far below $5.
