I hope not because I am going to buy on margin all the 4 letter stocks that are down 90% from their highs since Cisco just confirmed the bottom is in because their orders for the first couple of weeks of the new quarter on meeting their previous forecasts and the future shot up on the news. Wish me luck gggg
