Duke: I thought that this "news" of the case being remanded to the lower District Court and the choice of judge by lottery was disclosed last week. What is different about today's "news"? What does the market know today that they didn't know yesterday afternoon when the stock took a crap. What is the deal here? They are acting like this is some new news on all the Cable TV shows. I don't get it- do you? JFD
