That's my view. Complacency is too high. Here are the RT values now: ST Naz CI: 75.421 MT Naz CI: 75.421 LT Naz CI: 87.203 ST S&P CI: 87.214 MT S&P CI: 82.790 LT S&P CI: 85.243 TRINQ is so low. How much lower can it go??? I just saw it at .17. Will it climb all the way back to 1? I have no idea.
