gotta stabilize at some level -- he probably really doesn't know is my guess, whereas he does know that the stock was sagging toward new lows -- do you think I am too cynical?

CSCO is still grossly overpriced at these levels given the prospect for the biz -- I know that goes without saying -- whatever his motivation it sets things up for disappointment later on.
