Let me get this straight... a goober from AT&T Wireless is bugged by QCOM routinely overpromising.... oh, man, that's rich.... Well, his stock is hovering a few thin dimes above another all-time low, DoCoMo may have to write-down their investment in said turd, his technology(according to Eddie) may stop at GSM/GPRS, he just had another court stick their finger down his throat trying to make him puke up that new spectrum he hasn't yet digested, and every content provider this side of hell is about to get NextWave's high-speed network to peddle their wares. I'd say this guy is not mentally stable, and should not be allowed to sign any legal documents..<ggg> Cooters
