mindmeld, You got to look at this re-org as something very positive, with Mario and Ullah back and Kennedy out means good for Cisco. Why - the service provider line of business is in a mess, Kennedy had created layers of managers/vp's which is lots of overhead and cuts into profits/margins. Mario is know for creating/maintaining a lean and well focused team which I believe Kennedy failed to do. With the reorg Cisco will be getting rid of this fat. I know managers at Cisco who either have 0 or just 1 direct report. It's time for Cisco to get rid of this fat ... there are manager with only 0 or 1 report.
