Bush's top energy regulator was with James Baker's lawfirm. Talk about keeping it in the family and a HUGE conflict of interest. And this is the guy we're supposed to trust to regulate Big Energy? Typical of Bush. Their energy schemes are so crooked they can only hire loyal insiders. Again and again and again.
