eCom eCom.com, Inc. Signs Letter of Intent For $40 Million Agreement

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla., Aug. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- eCom eCom.com, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ECEC - news) announced in breaking news today that it has signed a letter of intent to enter into an agreement with a private company to utilize DryIce(TM) software technology. The company expects that the resulting contract will generate approximately $40 million in revenues annually. Additional information regarding this agreement will be issued next week.

In other breaking news, eTesting Labs, a division of Ziff Davis, has issued its report on the evaluation of eCom eCom DryIce(TM) software. In the report, eTesting Labs stated that they were ``very impressed with the ability of DryIce to greatly reduce the compressed image file size, while also maintaining a high level of image quality.''
