I don't think the move is as a result of leaked news because the volume is much too light. Clearly, however, approval of DG is imminent, the launch of a TV campaign for the sale of the Nouricel face cream is scheduled for September (original date mid July), and a partner to begin trials on a cardio-patch about to be announced. I think today's rise is a bit of euphoria related to the general upbeat tone in the market. It's my sense that investors are starved for good news and that even "the fall-off in sales appears to be ending" from CSCO was enough to generate positive interest. If DG approval can come along on a positive day all the longs will be pleasantly surprised. I have a pretty good feeling that this one may make it big.
