Frank, you have to log in with your username and password, then to the right of the box where you enter the stock symbol it will say "RT Quote". I forget if it took some time for the registration to take effect. Once you've been logged in for a while (an hour or two), they will automatically log you out. You can tell by the fact that "RT Quote" is replaced by "Quote". Then you can just re-log in. Best, vt
