Ray, I don't believe the AGA is regulated or watched over by any government agency. It's a non profit organization made up of NG producers, marketers and transportation companies. The member how was able to make a difference of 47 Bcf in the east coast had to be one of the largest members. I don't know who the member was, anyone of that size definitely has a very sizable trading operation. I wonder if the member was net long or short the market? I hope there is an investigation into the matter, but have not heard of one mentioned yet. Jim
