I don't dislike TIR. I don't know enough about China Tire to
put any money down.

What I do know is that it is highly politicized...otherwise it
would not have traded at such low levels!!!

TIR was on a steady decline for more than 6 months for no really
solid reason. Slower auto sales and unstable US-China trades
relations are all speculative talk which didn't have any bearing
on their quarterly earnings.

Their are other companies that I don't see as good movers though
in Asia.....I can't give you any names because I don't know their
English names.
