Fyo, That said, a you and Tench seem to have a serious problem distinguishing betw. "popular sentiment" and a good old-fashioned game of "what it". OK, it was a nice little what if diversion, but it was born out of frustration for AMD not being able to get decent bucks for a good processor. Now, the "Gateway should go all AMD", OK OK, only being championed by a few people here,shows up as a way to get more sales. It sure looked like a transition from one idea that was given up on to another. While I'm here, the Gateway all AMD would be the fastest way to Chapter 11 for Gateway I could imagine. Tony
