terry, i tend to agree with you. then again, neither of us make a million or two a year so it is easy to spend opm... -vbg- i don't think many "mistakes" are made. i do think a lot of cold hard calculated plans are devised and worked in order to satisfy the self interest of various folks. i just wish the govt were better at handling the money they get now. i hate to give them more so they can "lose" more billions w/o a freakin' trace... or supply ex presidents with $500k office space... you get the idea...
