Ramsey, people are building lots of houses. Unemployment isn't up significantly. It was so low and so tight this time last year than it's not surprising it hasn't jumped a lot after a slight poverty effect for Nasdaq shareholders. By the way, I was impressed about the longgggg rant and the cool post! I guess you have made me redundant. Mqurice
