Timeto buy: The brokerages are desperate. Lately some of them are part filling orders and part excersing puts so that they get more trades/commissions. The key to the market is telecommunication. When the service providers show stable and increasing profit, it will signal a Buy for the Eqpt providers. Till that happens the NAZ cannot be in a firm uptrend . Good luck.
