Hi NightOwl; I'm afraid my brain is too small to simultaneously fit in all the facts, implications and consequences of that post. Maybe I should go down to the brain gym and lift a few sets of paranoia bars, LOL!!! You'd think I'd be all head muscled up, having spent so much time on this thread, but I'm way to weak to follow this argument. So what you're saying is that Intel has a cause for action against Rambus? Because Davidowl sold them a bill of goods? Or because he failed to tell them of their secret plan to stick JEDEC up for billions? Very confusing. Like I said before, I'm going to be very surprised if Intel gets involved in the litigation at all, except perhaps to get subpoenaed a bit. But hey, everybody else in the industry has already been sent papers. -- Carl P.S. Thanks to Don Green for the link indicating that Toshiba is getting out of DRAM.
