Bush priority isn't military it's just Star Wars. A huge expensive boondoggle we can't afford which isn't legal, doesn't work, may never work, pisses off our allies and which is targeted against an enemy which doesn't exist. It also drains tremendous funds from vital problems across the board. The military should be teed off about this. I know many of them are. Star Wars and the energy gouging/environmental pollution/damage best represent GW-Cheney along with the Faith-Based "initiative" which has already failed miserably and Bush cutting Medicaid rights so sick people have to wait three days to see a doctor. And now we have no surplus because of the tax cuts to the rich so SS is in danger. American has been had and fleeced inside a year.
