Hello: I agree with you (on almost all counts, good financials-see the July 1 Forbes article) but believe me, my patience is running low. I used to work for Tandem 8 years ago. Saved my stocks for kids education etc.... Anyway, the UB announcement had a negative effect. Any new views on the subject??? Satish
