I think its almost time to buy Japan.

I have noticed that MSDW has been covering Japanese stocks extensively for the past 3 months either with hold or neutral rating.
I think MSDW seems to be good when it comes to international investing. Most of the international mutual funds are tuned using MSDW proprietary country basket indices.

Could that also be an indication that it is time to load up on Japan or there is time to wait till the debt write-off actually starts.
Since dollar can no longer appreciate against yen, I think currency risk at this stage seems minimum.

Another indication:

Do you tend to buy individual stocks that are listed as ADRs or Japan country funds (if possible, any names please)?

Your feedback would be appreciated.
