I think Dresdner was the same firm that predicted a market crash a week or two ago.

Please allow me to add my comments:

Dresdner have done their due diligence, gathered all the negatives about networking sector especially for Cisco, potential side effects and hurdles about deploying MPLS which for now is only targeted for data traffic (not voice traffic) and come up with a totally bearish report.

The only thing missing from that report is that their position or their hedge fund clients' position (may be) getting hurt if Cisco by any chance moves up (which cannot be disclosed under fair disclosure practice ).

Of course, this is just an opinion.
