What I was saying is that motivation is already covered under current law, and any attempt to expand that is just a lame attempt to impose a politically correct agenda of thought, on the rest of society You are just copying CH. Whether THAT red herring is right or wrong can wait for another day... What do you propose should be done to those people? If they are convicted of a hate crime? Grab their nuts and... SQUEEEEEEEEZE.
