Cary, the tech companies may still be selling. But what about the earnings? Cisco said it is "stabilizing". Well, if they are "stabilizing", they are doing it at a very high P/E . How high is it? Try 100 for CSCO!

All these tech companies have a lot more to fall. But as in all manias, this time too, a lot more money will be lost on the way down by people trying to find the bottom and buying "value" stocks like CSCO (and JDSU, for that matter), than during the initial 50% haircut from the top.
