Right now the action in CTI continues to be in call centers and IVR
applications. But, these are just the early adopter markets. The
mass market for CTI comes when companies start replacing their
proprietary telephone switches with PC-based, open architecture
switches. Dialogic boards (and imbedded software) will be the
standard at the heart of these systems. As Mr. Gates can attest,
there is nothing better than owning the standard. This opportunity
drives the high expectations for DLGC shares.
