The budget surplus SIR MR GREAT ENGINERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR WHOOOOOOOOOOOO WHOOOOOOOOOOOOO put at 158 million is voodoo magic excluding the funds used from social security thus the real surplus is maybe at best 1 billion but more likely a deficit. How about this mr open minded, let's dump the Star Spangled Banner (a warlike tune) for America the Beautiful (a majestic tune) as the national anthem, you lead the charge I will put full energy in support, OK?
