"Since dollar can no longer appreciate against the yen". Wanna bet? The government of Japan is piling up an enormous public debt. There's no way to pay that off without printing a mountain of money. The situation is now worse than that of Italy and continues to deteriorate. Anyway, I think there's far more money to be made from QCOM than from Japanese stocks.
