Q&A Hi Gary, that omission you did caused to me question my knowledge of CBQI because I could not find it. As a result, I have a couple of things I am missing.

1. I seem to remember there was an article about the discontinuing operations last year. Can you pull that out of your archives?

washtech.com CBQ trims Quantum and plans Balto M&A

2. You once had a crossword on your website. Do you still have it and if so can I get a copy and are you planning on doing another?

I will send a copy if I can find it. No I most likely will not be doing another one unless the company needs it as a marketing tool or what not.

3. Also if you would could you please explain why the last filing was late. According to your posts the 2nd quarter 2000 10Q was late because of the Quantum acquisition. The 3rd quarter 2000 10Q was late because of the discontinued operations of Reliance and the discontinued operations of the newly acquired Quantum Net. The 2000 10K was late because of the conflict of interest with Grant Thornton, which caused Bart to have to scramble for a new accountant. The 1st quarter 2001 10Q was late because of the SOCT and EasySoft acquisitions. I was able to verify that you were correct by reading the filing. So please tell me why the 2nd quarter 2001 10Q was late?

You are correct on the late filings. The 2nd qtr was late because of the China trip. As an example this in the filing: "In addition, IT hardware cost will continue to decline. In this climate the connections CBQ has in China that will allow the Company to import personal computers, laptop computers, and personal digital assistants will give the Company a major price advantage over its U.S. competitors." Remember, Monday the 13th the first day Bart got back in the office, Bart would have gotten the 10Q to review among all the other things he was probably swamped with just getting back. Thus he made changes to the filing so it had to be reviewed again by the auditor, executive committee and legal counsel. Once signed off then it had to be edgarized. Thus the NT if all that could not be done by Wednesday.

4. Also when is Bart going to do another live interview?

This next week Bart may do another interview. I will have to check with Craig for an exact time.

This Q&A is a great idea hope no one messed up this thread. I agree with you that people should stop personally attacking the messenger and actually deal with the content of the post. CBQ would be correctly debated and solid investment information would surface. Keep up the good work jolting people to do their own due diligence.

You may post this email if you want to with you reply. Love the SI thread its nice and clean pure DD.

Thanks this Q&A is getting a lot of good responses and I believe people should do their own due diligence. I have a ban feature and hope the thread is not use for debate but merely posting of questions. However, most do not have accounts to post.

Again its always nice to see someone keeping up with their investments.
