The announcement with Sony sounds encouraging. Did anyone see the press release stating Sony will now include First Aid and Oil Change with all PCs they ship. It seems CYBR has taken an intelligent marketing step to find other PC makers or stores who would bundle their software with the computer as part of the initial purchase. It sounds like Sony thinks it will reduce support calls. Maybe seen in this light other PCs makers might join in. They seem to be very proactive, a good trait to have in a company.
