Jim Just leaving for the week but I promise to short some KWK upon my return. Especially since you've done all the work on it. I'll probably re-establish the EVG short as well. I just prefer to be watching close if I'm short. We should also keep our eyes on Japan. IMO a falling dollar and tumbling Nikkei are a recipe for big trouble for all major markets:http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=^N225&d=5d They are supposed to mark to market their investments in the next month. This was delayed from last March and could be delayed again I suppose but the carnage could spill over and affect us soon. Starting to be more worried about Japan than tax loss selling. One must have some gains in the market to want to sell losers and offset tax wise. Overall I doubt many funds have this problem at least this year. Therefore I'm no longer focused on tax loss selling. Just a few thoughts for now. Best Scott
