thanks everyone for the info on Futures brokers... I think I'll check into interactivebrokers - they seem to have both fast feeds and low commissions. The trades I'd like to make are actually best done by machine ... they average about 2 minutes in duration! So, it's important to get confirmations fast and especially to be able to cancel fast. What I really need is a way to get the quotes automatically via program as well as submit orders, but that seems to be near impossible to find! I suppose it also means I want to stick to the Globex e-Mini contracts which are traded electronically... LvL, interesting comments about future quotes being slower or lower priority - where did you hear that? MfN
