Interesting that the writer of that notice is most concerned about the possibility that Iomega will issue new stock and thus dilute the value of the current stock.

That doesn't strike me as the biggest concern. Who would buy shares in a new offering, anyway? I think a bigger concern is that if a reverse split is effected, the share price will be over 5, which will mean people can start shorting again. My bet is that there are still people out there who would jump at the chance to short IOM big time.

I might even short it myself. At this point I don't have much confidence in management. The new attempt to revive interest in the Zip is years too late.
