For the first six months, FSI has earned 0.26 per share (0.18 first quarter and 0.08 2nd quarter). They apparently think they are going to lose 0.10 to 0.15 in third quarter, but end the year with 0.30 for the year. That means a positive 4th quarter of 0.15 to 0.20 per share. Of course what we all hope for is a continuing quarterly gain into the first quarter of FY-98. This will take a better business environment and more orders for FSI.

I just hope they have kept their R&D going through this downturn at a high enough level to maintain their technical edge in the markets they serve. In the next few weeks and months we should have the answer.
