November is going to be interesting. Any single family homes that are empty are going to be under pressure to sell. "31 in my area last count"
People that have moved with out selling their existing home or those that refuse to set a sellable price will be thinking twice when their broker tells them that if they don't move their property now that it could set till spring.
Let's say March the traditional kick off Month for single family homes.
Sell now or role it into next year and possibly have 4 more months of double payments.
November will be interesting IMO.
