"GWB is smart to dump these treaties and accords. The US is the US and can not as the real leaders of the free world be duped by foriegn pacts." I seem to recall that Hitler wasn't "duped" by foreign pacts and treaties either, he broke them whenever it suited his ambitions which was German hegemony.....We are not supposed to be after US hegemony, after all, we're supposed to the good guys, the ones everyone else on the planet wants to emulate.....
